Tech Launch in New Market + Pivot to Telemedicine Creates New Leader in Modern Healthcare


FetchMD, a modern-day house call service that addresses all urgent care needs, had been well-established in San Antonio for two years before contacting MedVoice PR to assist with their Austin launch.


They had a very specific demographic in mind and leaned on MedVoice PR to provide important insight on geographic areas to target.

MedVoice PR created a very specific launch plan that included:


Media outreach announcing innovative house call services to mainstream media as well as business publications. We managed media outreach promoting a flu shot campaign featuring a donation of flu shots to a local nonprofit that assists underserved Austin residents as a way to introduce FetchMD to the Austin community. We also created events surrounding flu shots, B-12 shots, and sports physicals.


MedVoice PR continues to maintain FetchMD’s social media, content marketing and media outreach efforts.

MedVoice PR secured numerous media opportunities for FetchMD which increased awareness in Central Texas. We also secured, scheduled, coordinated and attended various community events and speaking engagements for FetchMD providers.


MedVoice PR continues to maintain traditional media, social media and content marketing efforts for FetchMD.  


During the COVID-19 pandemic, we immediately pivoted FetchMD’s messaging to their telehealth services,  increasing volume 600% from March to July 2020.
